Henry grew up in the heart of Dartmoor, England, in a rural farming community. Before embarking on his yachting career, he played semi-professional rugby for the Exeter Chiefs and earned a degree in Rural Land Management from the Royal Agricultural University of Cirencester. His diverse background includes gamekeeping, ranching, gin distilling, and selling trucks, before trading land for sea over seven years ago. Since then, he has worked his way up through the ranks on some of the industry’s most prestigious yachts. Alongside his extensive maritime knowledge, Henry brings expertise in fishing and drone photography, adding an adventurous edge to the guest experience. Energetic and outdoorsy, he’s rarely found sitting still — unless there’s a rugby match, horse race, or Formula 1 on.

Jack is passionate about working with locally sourced ingredients and crafting inspirational menus that blend modern English and French cuisine. Whether it’s a relaxed al fresco lunch or an elegant multi-course dinner, Jack’s creations are designed to delight and surprise every guest.
