Now married, he has settled in his wife’s home country of England, bringing with him over a decade of experience, a calm and professional manner, and a passion for ensuring every guest’s time on board Deja Too is exceptional.

Henry grew up in the heart of Dartmoor, England, in a rural farming community. Before embarking on his yachting career, he played semi-professional rugby for the Exeter Chiefs and earned a degree in Rural Land Management from the Royal Agricultural University of Cirencester. His diverse background includes gamekeeping, ranching, gin distilling, and selling trucks, before trading land for sea over seven years ago. Since then, he has worked his way up through the ranks on some of the industry’s most prestigious yachts. Alongside his extensive maritime knowledge, Henry brings expertise in fishing and drone photography, adding an adventurous edge to the guest experience. Energetic and outdoorsy, he’s rarely found sitting still — unless there’s a rugby match, horse race, or Formula 1 on.

His career highlights include serving as Head Chef at London’s Tate Modern — one of the most visited museums in the world — leading the kitchen at St Pancras Grand, home to the largest Champagne bar in the world, and heading the restaurant at the National Portrait Gallery, now under celebrated chef Richard Corrigan. Jack is passionate about working with locally sourced ingredients and crafting inspirational menus that blend modern English and French cuisine. Whether it’s a relaxed al fresco lunch or an elegant multi-course dinner, Jack’s creations are designed to delight and surprise every guest.

Dan is highly skilled in tender operations, ensuring guests travel to and from Deja Too in comfort and style. When not at sea, he enjoys playing and watching rugby and cricket.
